Inspection and acceptance are at source per DLA E06, with packaging/marking to MIL-STD-2073 and MIL-STD-130, and payment/invoicing via WAWF/PIEE. Award will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, quotes should remain valid at least 90 days, and inspection records must be kept 365 days after final delivery.
