This is an emergency acquisition under FAR Part 18 for the manufacture and quality requirements of a MANIFOLD,VALVE, CAGE 99657, reference 283063-0001, with no drawings or technical data available. Award will be made on a lowest-price technically acceptable basis, and consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer; non-manufacturers must identify the OEM CAGE code and offered part number. The item must be marked per MIL-STD-130, packaged per MIL-STD 2073, inspected/accepted at source, and records retained for 365 calendar days after final delivery. Electronic invoice and receiving report submission through PIEE-WAWF is required, and production facility changes require Contracting Officer approval plus a $250 price reduction. The government requests quote validity of at least 90 days.
