This procurement is a total small business set-aside for manufacture of a 5.00 IPS globe valve (VALVE,GLOBE 5.00IPS) in accordance with NAVSEA drawing 803-6397408. The item must meet higher-level contract quality requirements, including MIL-I-45208 inspection, QPL-supplied components, mercury-free construction, first article approval, 100% production lot testing, and shock/vibration testing per MIL-S-901 and MIL-STD-167. Controlled drawings and technical data are available through SAM.gov and require access requests from the DD2345 Data Custodian. First Article Test reports are due 120 days after contract award, production cannot begin before approval, and resubmissions are due within 30 days after disapproval. Offerors must identify the OEM CAGE code and part number if not the manufacturer, and any resulting order will require electronic invoicing/receiving report submission through PIEE-WAWF.
