Contractors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer and provide proof of authorization. Offerors must submit quotes with a minimum validity of 60 days and comply with MIL-STD-130 marking and MIL-STD-2073 packaging requirements. Inspection and acceptance will be at source, with the specific location to be determined upon award.
