Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis, and only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer will be considered for award. The item must meet quality assurance and inspection requirements, including MIL-STD-130 marking and MIL-STD-2073 packaging, with inspection and acceptance at source.
