The item must conform to the design represented by specific cage codes and part numbers, with physical identification marking per MIL-STD-130. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the source, and packaging must comply with MIL-STD-2073. Award evaluations will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer will be considered for award.
