This opportunity is for the manufacture and supply of a VALVE, ANGLE RELIEF, with inspection and acceptance required at the source. The contract will be awarded based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Performance of work is restricted to the named production facility unless a change is approved by the Contracting Officer, with a $250.00 price reduction required to cover administrative costs for such a change. Offerors who are not the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) must state the OEM's CAGE code and part number, and authorized distributors must provide proof of authorization. The item must be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-130, and all inspection records must be kept for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
