This is a contract for the manufacture of a JOYSTICK, with award to be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. The performance location is restricted, as work cannot be performed at a facility other than the one named in the contract without written approval from the Contracting Officer, which requires a supporting price reduction of $250.00. Offerors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item and provide proof with their quote. All inspection and acceptance is the contractor's responsibility, with records to be maintained for 365 days after final delivery. Invoices and receiving reports must be submitted electronically through the PIEE-WAWF system.
