This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation for the manufacture of a TEST SET, ELECTRICAL, with award to be made using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. The item must be manufactured to the design represented by a specific Cage Code and reference number (1A737 HVA34), and any changes to the production facility require written approval from the Contracting Officer. Inspection of the material will be at a source location, with the specific Cage Code and address to be provided. All resulting orders will require electronic submission of Receiving Reports and Invoices through the PIEE-WAWF system.
