This is a solicitation for the manufacture of a rotary pump, with performance based on the design from a specified Cage Code. The evaluation will use Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Offerors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item and provide proof with their quote.
