This is a fixed-price contract for the manufacture of a "ROTOR, FEMALE" part, with inspection and acceptance primarily the contractor's responsibility. The award will be made using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria, and only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item will be considered for award. Offerors must specify the OEM and its CAGE code if they are not the manufacturer. The performance location is restricted to the facility named in the contract, and any request to change production facilities requires a written request and must include a price reduction of $250.00 to cover administrative costs.
