This is a solicitation for the manufacture of a rotary pump, with inspection and acceptance at the contractor's source facility. The evaluation for award will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Offerors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item and provide proof with their quote. Quotes should remain valid for a minimum of 60 days, and all work must be performed at the production facility named in the contract unless a written change is approved. Invoices and receiving reports must be submitted electronically through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system.
