This is a solicitation for the manufacture of a specific optoelectronic display unit, with the award to be made using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. The performance of work is prohibited at any location other than that named in the contract without specific written approval from the Contracting Officer, and any approved change in production facilities requires a supporting price reduction of $250.00. Inspection of material and final acceptance will occur at locations to be specified by the offeror. The contractor is responsible for all inspection requirements and must maintain related records for 365 days after final delivery. All resulting orders will require electronic submission of invoices and receiving reports through the PIEE-WAWF system.
