This is a solicitation for the manufacture and delivery of a PUMP ASSY, OIL, issued in accordance with commercial acquisition procedures. The evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Performance of work is prohibited at any location other than that named in the contract without specific written approval from the Contracting Officer, and any approved facility change request must include a price reduction of $250.00 to cover administrative costs. All resulting orders will require electronic submission of invoices and receiving reports through the PIEE-WAWF system. Offerors must provide proof of being an authorized distributor of the original manufacturer's item if they are not the manufacturer themselves.
