This is a contract for the manufacture of a VALVE ASSEMBLY, with performance and inspection tied to a specific CAGE code (63600) and reference number. The work must be performed at the facility named in the contract unless a written change is approved, which requires a $250 price reduction to cover administrative costs. Inspection of the material and final acceptance will occur at locations to be specified by the contractor. Award will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. All resulting orders will require electronic invoicing through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system.
