This is a solicitation for the manufacture of a Valve Assembly, with inspection and acceptance required at the contractor's source facility. The evaluation for award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Quotes must be valid for a minimum of 60 days, and offerors who are not the original manufacturer must provide proof of being an authorized distributor. All receiving reports and invoices must be submitted electronically through the PIEE-WAWF system.
