This is a contract for the manufacture of a centrifugal pump, with award based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Inspection and acceptance of the material will occur at a contractor facility, with the specific Cage Code and address to be provided. All invoices and receiving reports must be submitted electronically through the PIEE-WAWF system.
