This is a contract for the manufacture of a diaphragm valve for the Navy, with inspection and acceptance at a source location to be specified. The performance location is not fixed, as any change to the production facility requires written approval from the Contracting Officer and must include a $250 administrative cost reduction. The supplier must maintain a quality system in accordance with ISO 9001 and comply with strict mercury-free requirements for submarine and surface ship use. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item will be considered for award.
