This is a contract for the manufacture of a Valve Assembly, with inspection and acceptance at a location to be specified by the contractor. The performance of work is prohibited at any location other than the one named in the contract without specific written approval from the Contracting Officer, and any approved change in production facilities requires a supporting price reduction of $250.00 to cover administrative costs. The contractor is responsible for all inspection requirements and must maintain related records for 365 days after final delivery. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item will be considered for award, and proof of authorization must be submitted with the offer.
