This is a firm-fixed-price contract for the manufacture of a Rotary Pump Unit, to be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The performance location is not specified, but any change to the production facility requires written approval from the Contracting Officer and must include a price reduction of $250.00 to cover administrative costs. Inspection of the material will be at a specific CAGE code and address, which is to be provided. The contractor is responsible for all inspection requirements and must maintain related records for 365 days after final delivery. Offerors who are not the manufacturer must identify the OEM and part number, and authorized distributors must provide proof of authorization with their offer.
