PUMP UNIT,ROTARY
This is a contract for the manufacture of a Rotary Pump Unit for the U.S. Navy, with inspection and acceptance requirements to be determined at source. The performance of work is prohibited at any location other than the one named in the contract without specific written approval from the Contracting Officer, and such requests require a supporting price reduction of $250.00. Award will be made using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. The contractor is responsible for all inspection requirements and must maintain related records for 365 days after final delivery. Quotes must specify any exceptions to solicitation requirements, and non-manufacturers must identify the OEM and part number being offered.
