Drawings or technical data are not available, and the item must meet ship/submarine requirements including mercury-free construction, MIL-STD-130 marking, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging. If additive manufacturing is used, a Master Component Traceability Ledger and related records must be submitted electronically to NAVSUP HQ AM and WAWF, with DCMA verifying the ledger before receipt. CMMC Level 1 (Self) and source inspection/acceptance apply, and offerors not manufacturing the item must identify the OEM CAGE/part number and provide authorized-distributor proof; refurbished material is unacceptable. Records must be kept available for 365 calendar days after final delivery, and production facility changes require prior Contracting Officer approval with a $250 administrative price reduction.
