The government requires manufacture of a TRANSMITTER,PRESSUR meeting specified part-number, material, physical, marking, and configuration-control requirements. Contract quality requirements include ISO 9001, inspection and acceptance at source, CMMC Level 1 self-certification, and electronic invoicing/receiving through PIEE-WAWF. Award will be made on a lowest price technically acceptable basis, with pricing supported by an informal cost breakdown or other data to establish fair and reasonable pricing. Offerors that are not the manufacturer must identify the OEM CAGE code and part number and provide proof of authorized distributor status; drawings or technical data are not available. Records must be retained for 365 calendar days after final delivery, and production facility changes require prior written approval plus a $250 administrative price reduction.
