Award will be made using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria; offerors proposing as distributors/dealers must provide OEM CAGE/part number and authorized-distributor/traceability proof, and refurbished material is unacceptable. The contractor must submit invoices and receiving reports electronically through PIEE-WAWF, comply with E06 inspection and acceptance at source and CMMC Level 1 (Self), and maintain inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
