This fixed-price contract is for the manufacture of a RELAY ASSEMBLY, with associated controlled drawings and applicable military standards for quality, packaging, and marking. Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria, and only the original equipment manufacturer or its authorized distributors with traceability will be considered; refurbished material is not acceptable. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the source, and the contractor must retain all inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery. A $250 administrative fee applies to any approved production facility change request. Contractors must also comply with cybersecurity maturity, supply chain security, and security prohibition clauses cited in the notice.
