Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria, and offerors must be the OEM or an authorized distributor/dealer with traceability documentation; CMMC Level 1 self-certification applies. Electronic invoicing and receiving reports are required through PIEE-WAWF, and inspection/acceptance will be at source.
