This is a fixed-price contract for the manufacture, inspection, and supply of a power transformer under military quality requirements. The item must meet specific marking (MIL-STD-130) and packaging (MIL-STD-2073) standards. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item are eligible for award, with proof of authorization required; refurbished material is not acceptable. Award will be made using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria under emergency acquisition authority, with electronic invoicing through PIEE-WAWF.
