The contractor must meet inspection-at-source, MIL-STD-130 marking, MIL-STD-2073 packaging, ANSI/ESD S20.20 electrostatic-discharge control, mercury-free material requirements for submarine/surface-ship use, and retain inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery. Electronic invoice and receiving-report submission through PIEE-WAWF is required, CMMC Level 1 self-certification applies, and small-business subcontracting, equal-opportunity, and cybersecurity clauses are included.
