This is a fixed-price supply contract for a TRANSMITTER,PRESSUR, with inspection and acceptance at source and no drawings or technical data available. Offerors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item, and their products must be qualified on QPL 24212 (CAGE 81349, reference PGT-GP-100-G2). Award will be made using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria, and pricing must be supported by an informal cost breakdown. Contractors must comply with CMMC Level 1 (Self), use PIEE-WAWF for invoicing and receiving reports, and mark items per MIL-STD-130 Rev N. Any production facility change requires Contracting Officer approval and a $250 administrative cost offset if approved.
