This is a Department of Defense procurement for two items: an electro-mechanical actuator and a servovalve assembly, with no technical drawings available. Award will be made using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria, and only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer may be considered. Contractors must comply with higher-level quality requirements under MIL-I-45208 (or ISO 9001/9002), CMMC Level 1 Self cybersecurity requirements, and a mandatory mercury-free requirement due to submarine/surface ship use. Items must be marked per MIL-STD-130, packaged per MIL-STD-2073, and inspection and acceptance will occur at the source. All offers must include proof of authorized distributor status, OEM and CAGE code information, and traceability documentation.
