This is an emergency acquisition solicitation for a SUPERCHARGER, ENGINE, and no drawings or technical data are available. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer (CAGE 11083, part number 242-0267) will be considered, and they must provide proof of authorization and traceability; refurbished material is not acceptable. Award will be made using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria, and the contractor must comply with CMMC Level 1 (Self) cybersecurity requirements and use PIEE-WAWF for invoicing. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the source and at specified locations, with all work required to be performed at the contractually named production facility unless a change is approved (subject to a $250 fee).
