This solicitation is a total small business set-aside for the manufacture of a CONTROLLER, AC MAG, with a CMMC Level 1 self-certification requirement and Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation. The item must be manufactured to the specified Cage/ref number, marked per MIL-STD-130, be mercury-free, and packaged per MIL-STD 2073. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer are eligible for award; refurbished material is not acceptable, and traceability requirements apply to distributors. Quote validity must extend through 30 OCT 2026, and inspection and acceptance will occur at the source, with quality records retained for 365 days after final delivery. Contractual documents will be issued electronically, and invoices and receiving reports must be submitted via PIEE-WAWF.
