This is a fixed-price contract for the manufacture and supply of a VALVE,CHECK, subject to higher-level quality requirements including ISO 9001 certification and inspection at the source. The item must conform to a specific design controlled by a designated CAGE code and reference number, and offers will only be considered from authorized distributors of the original manufacturer. All invoices and receiving reports must be submitted electronically through PIEE-WAWF, and contractors must comply with mandatory security and workflow modules. Changes to production facilities require prior written approval from the Contracting Officer, with each request supported by a $250 price reduction to cover administrative costs. Award will be made using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria.
