Desired delivery is 90 days after contract award, and offerors must propose their own delivery timeframe. Contractors must comply with ISO 9001 higher-level quality requirements, military standard traceability, and identify the OEM/CAGE/part number if they are not the manufacturer; authorized distributor proof is required. Quotes may be submitted in hardcopy or via EDI with exceptions specified, and surplus material quotes must include a surplus material certificate. Inspection and final acceptance locations are to be provided, and all freight is FOB origin.
