The item is source-controlled, so only previously approved sources were solicited; new suppliers must submit approval evidence, and award cannot be delayed for source approval. The government cannot provide drawings/technical data or Stable Base Master Phototools, so the contractor must acquire or develop the phototools. Compliance includes higher-level inspection, MIL-I-45208 or ISO 9001/9002 quality systems, ANSI/ESD S20.20, MIL-STD-130 marking, MIL-STD-2073 packaging, cybersecurity maturity certification level requirements, and PIEE-WAWF electronic invoicing/receiving reports. Records must be kept 365 calendar days after final delivery, and waiver/deviation requests must be forwarded by the QAR within five working days.
