This is a fixed-price contract for the manufacture and supply of a filter assembly (CAGE ref 2Y865, part 1012178-1), with no technical drawings available. Offerors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer and provide proof of authorization, and the item must be marked per MIL-STD-130 and be free of mercury contamination. Inspection and acceptance will be at source, quality records must be kept for 365 days after final delivery, and the cybersecurity requirement is CMMC Level 1 (Self). Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria, and quantity price breaks are to be included with the quote. Delivery days and offer validity periods are to be filled in by the offeror.
