This opportunity is for the manufacture and supply of a BATTERY BOX, with inspection and acceptance required at the source. The contract will be awarded based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria, and the contractor must comply with CMMC Level 1 (Self) cybersecurity requirements. All items must meet the design represented by specific Cage Codes and reference numbers, and no substitutions are allowed without Contracting Officer approval. The contractor is responsible for all inspection and quality assurance, with records kept for 365 days after final delivery. Performance of work is restricted to the named production facility unless a change is approved by the Contracting Officer.
