This is a fixed-price contract for the manufacture and inspection of an "OUTBOARD SWIVEL SHO" component, with all work to be performed at the production facility named in the contract unless a written change is approved. The evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Technical drawings and specifications are available via SAM.gov, and access is controlled to approved Data Custodians. Inspection of the material, as well as packaging and final acceptance, will occur at contractor facilities, with specific CAGE codes and addresses to be provided. The contractor must maintain inspection records for 365 days after final delivery.
