This is a contract for the manufacture of a specific CIRCUIT CARD, IP, which must be mercury-free for use on submarines and surface ships. The item must be produced according to the design from a specified Cage Code and reference number (96169 EB-5579-5), and any changes to the design or production facility require written approval from the Contracting Officer. Inspection of the material and its packaging will occur at locations to be specified, and final acceptance is at a location also to be specified. The contractor is responsible for all inspection requirements and must maintain those records for 365 days after final delivery.
