This is a contract for the manufacture of a QBUS INTERFACE TO I, a part for ADCAP Test Equipment, with all inspection and quality assurance to be performed by the contractor. The procurement is set aside for small businesses and award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Performance of the contracted work is prohibited at any location other than the one named in the contract without specific written approval from the Contracting Officer, and any approved change in production facilities requires a supporting price reduction of $250.00. The contractor must maintain an inspection system in accordance with MIL-I-45208, though ISO 9001 or ISO 9002 certification is an acceptable alternative. Specific technical requirements include compliance with soldering standard IPC J-STD-001 Class 3 and marking in accordance with MIL-STD-130.
