This is a fixed-price contract for the manufacture and inspection of a regulating valve (VALVE,REGULATING,FL) for the Navy. The work must be performed at the production facility named in the contract, and any change to that location requires a written request and a $250 price reduction to cover administrative costs. Inspection of the material and final acceptance will occur at contractor facilities, with specific Cage Codes and addresses to be provided. The award will be made using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. All resulting orders require electronic invoicing through the PIEE-WAWF system.
