This is a fixed-price contract for the manufacture of a "Filter Assembly, Ele" for the Navy, with inspection and acceptance at source. The award will be made using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Offerors must provide quantity price breaks with their quote and must be authorized distributors of the OEM, providing proof with their offer. The item must contain no mercury and comply with strict design, marking, and packaging requirements, including MIL-STD-130. Production facility changes require prior written approval from the Contracting Officer and must include a $250 administrative cost reduction.
