This is a fixed-price contract for the manufacture and inspection of a rotary pump, set aside for small businesses. The work must be performed at the production facility named in the contract; any request to change the facility requires a written submission and must include a price reduction of $250.00 to cover administrative costs. Award will be made using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Contractors must register for and use the Electronic Document Access (EDA) and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) systems for document access and invoice submission. If not the manufacturer, offerors must identify the OEM and part number, and authorized distributors must provide proof of authorization.
