This is a U.S. government Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement to manufacture a "TEST SET, OPTICAL PO" in support of Australia. The award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria, and the performance of work is prohibited at any location other than that named in the contract without specific written approval from the Contracting Officer. The item must be mercury-free for use on submarines and surface ships, and the contractor must provide and maintain a quality system in accordance with ISO 9001. All resulting orders will require electronic invoicing through the PIEE-WAWF system.
