This is a solicitation for the manufacture of a Digital Display, with specific requirements tied to the OEM's design as represented by a listed CAGE code and reference number. The contract will be awarded using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Offerors must provide quantity price breaks with their quote and, if not the manufacturer, must identify the OEM and its CAGE code. The performance of work is prohibited at any location other than that named in the contract without prior written approval from the Contracting Officer.
