This is a fixed-price contract for the manufacture and inspection of a multi-function input/output circuit card assembly (CCA). The work requires compliance with specific military standards, including MIL-STD-130 for marking. A key requirement is that distributors must obtain the item directly from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and provide proof of authorized distribution. All invoices and receiving reports must be submitted electronically through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. The performance of work is prohibited at any location other than that named in the contract without prior written approval from the Contracting Officer.
