This is a commercial procurement for the manufacture of a mechanical actuator, issued in accordance with FAR Part 12. The performance of work is prohibited at any location other than that named in the contract without specific written approval from the Contracting Officer, and any request for a production facility change must be supported by a price reduction of $250.00 to cover administrative costs. The contractor is responsible for all inspection requirements and must maintain related records for 365 calendar days after final delivery. All invoices and receiving reports must be submitted electronically through the PIEE-WAWF system.
