This is a solicitation for the manufacture of solenoid valves for Navy submarines and surface ships, with inspection and acceptance at a source location to be specified. The performance of work is prohibited at any location other than that named in the contract without specific written approval from the Contracting Officer, which requires a supporting price reduction of $250.00 to cover administrative costs. Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Vendors must provide quantity price breaks with their quote and, if not the manufacturer, must identify the OEM and its CAGE code. All invoices and receiving reports must be submitted electronically through the PIEE-WAWF system.
