IPS
This is a fixed-price contract for the inspection and acceptance of supplies, specifically an IPS (Inspection Procedure Sheet) item. The contractor is responsible for all inspection and quality assurance requirements, maintaining records for 365 days after final delivery. A key requirement is that performance must occur at the production facility named in the contract; any facility change request must include a $250 price reduction to cover administrative costs and can be denied. Offerors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item and provide proof with their quote. All invoices and receiving reports must be submitted electronically through the PIEE-WAWF system.
