This is a fixed-price contract for the manufacture of an NRP Elevation Motor, with inspection and acceptance at a source location to be specified. The performance of work is prohibited at any location other than that named in the contract without specific written approval from the Contracting Officer, and any approved change in production facilities requires a supporting price reduction of $250.00 to cover administrative costs. Award will be made using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. The contractor is responsible for inspection and must maintain related records for 365 days after final delivery. Consideration for award will be given only to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item, who must provide proof of authorization with their offer.
